Sharks and Pups - On three Fridays during swim season, we will hold a combined practice and pep rally. Older coaches will guide younger swimmers through stations meant to develop technique, promote team spirit, and have fun. Refreshments will, of course, be served. For weeks without a pep rally, special outings, by age group are being planned and a trip to Kings Dominion is in the works. Stay tuned for more details!
